The estate is built upon a hillside and is situated in a natural forest of pine and fir, on a plot of approx 10,000 square meters, providing an environment of peace, tranquility and privacy.

The picturesque estate is designed on five levels connected with stone built roads, surrounded by stone clad walls. The upper level is comprised of forest, whilst the middle and lower levels are occupied by an orchard of fruit trees. A small private chapel is situated on the top of the hill- the top level.

The estate is accessed by private road, while entry to its grounds is by means of electronic gate. Next to the main gate there is a bungalow which is used exclusively by the estate management and the service personnel. A stone paved road leads from the main gate to the villa and bungalow.
